I got a bit light headed and carried away with the fun of the occasion (drunk) and my photos of the live windows didn't come out quite as well as I might have liked them to. But I will share as many of them that I can edit into something worth looking at. This one is from the winner of the second prize in the window competition, a masked model in the window of posh frock shop Twenty down East Street.

Live Windows!
I was hoping to get hold of more details, but this is as much as I have been able to find out so far. About 20 of the shops in Petworth, or about half of them in other words, are marking the big turning the lights on ceremony tomorrow by replacing their normal windows with live models. I have also heard that the new antique place where the garage used to be ( I think it is called Archetray) is going to have a reindeer.
This is all happening between 4 and 6. There is a guide to who is taking part which I have completely failed to get hold of, but no doubt it will be available on the day.
All in all, it sounds like a lot of fun and I will try to get my camera out to record the event for this blog.
